I’m a lifelong learner at heart—a quality that's currently being put to the test as I navigate the beautiful, chaotic learning curve of new motherhood (usually with a good book nearby for the quiet moments).

Living in Richmond, I’m surrounded by a mix of old-school grit and new-school design, and that’s exactly how I approach my work. I’m a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) with a Master’s in EdTech Leadership, which gives me the formal tools to build at scale. But my Sociology degree from UVA is what keeps me grounded. It reminds me that behind every data point is a person trying to do their job a little bit better.
